How do I return or exchange my purchase purchased online?

1. Fill out the Store Credit and Exchanges form.
2. Indicate whether you wish to make an exchange or receive store credit towards a future purchase. For exchanges, please indicate the item (same or lesser value) and indicate what merchandise you would like in exchange. For store credit, please circle if you wish the entire amount to be in store credit. Store credit not used within 12 months will be forfeited.
3. We recommend returning your package and invoice via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe delivery. Bizzy Group Concepts does not assume responsibility for packages lost in the mail. We do not accept COD deliveries.
